We’re looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join the HR Operations Team in Jersey. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, they will support a wide range of HR processes, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
The successful candidate’s role will include issuing contracts, managing onboarding checks, updating HR systems, processing changes like promotions or leavers, and assisting with student schemes. They will work closely with Recruitment, Payroll, and external providers, helping ensure timely and accurate HR operations.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential. Previous administrative experience is helpful but not required.
