We are looking for a Healthcare Account Handler to join a local insurance firm and manage a portfolio of healthcare insurance clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in the healthcare insurance sector while delivering outstanding customer service.
As the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, the successful candidate will ensure efficient policy administration, assist with claims processing, and handle invoicing. They will also liaise with insurers and stakeholders to maintain smooth operations while supporting the Head of Healthcare with reporting and data analysis using Excel. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an insurance account handling role, preferably within the healthcare sector. Knowledge of healthcare insurance products and claims processes is desirable, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A relevant professional qualification such as CERT CII or DIP CII (or substantial progress towards one) would be an advantage.
