Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Head of Operational Support to join a leading bank in Guernsey.

 

The Head of Operational Support of the Bank supervises and manages IT, Facilities Management and Reception and has responsibilities across all the stated departments. The role holder also works with local function owners in oversight and coordination in matters of operational resilience including (amongst others):

• Crisis Management
• Outsourcing
• Business Continuity
• Cyber Security
• Day-to-day oversight and management of IT support team

The role holder works towards the achievement of specific personal, operational, and strategic objectives as defined and agreed within the performance management system. This role will encompass significant regulatory/compliance obligations and responsibilities.
