Head of Guernsey Compliance & MLRO

esteemed global firm as Head of Guernsey Compliance & MLRO. This is a senior-level role offering the opportunity to lead the compliance function, driving a strong culture of risk management and regulatory excellence.

In this role, the successful candidate will fulfill the responsibilities of both MLRO and MLCO, managing financial crime risk, suspicious activity reporting, and relationships with regulators. they’ll execute the Compliance Program in Guernsey, provide advisory support on business and client risks, ensure compliance with local laws, and deliver training.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a senior compliance, risk, or operational control role within a regulated financial or corporate services business. A strong background in MLRO/MLCO positions and deep knowledge of anti-financial crime regulations and Guernsey’s frameworks is essential. They should be confident in advising senior stakeholders and presenting insights, with a proactive approach to compliance monitoring and regulatory change management.
