We have a great opportunity for a Head of Flight Crew to work for an established local airline.
As Head of Flight Crew (HOFC), the successful candidate will lead and manage a team of pilots, with responsibility for
providing guidance and support to team members, overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process. Responsible for driving crew engagement, managing performance and overseeing workflow, quality and compliance, and developing and building flight operations alignment to company culture.
