Head of Compliance

Our client, a reputable company based in St Peter Port, is currently looking for a highly qualified and experienced Head of Compliance to lead their compliance function.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, both locally and internationally. They will be expected to develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures, as well as communicate regulatory changes to the team. The Candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the compliance function and acting as the MLRO and MLCO, making sure that all AML/CFT regulations are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and will have extensive experience in a similar role. They should be passionate about driving governance standards and have a proven track record of success in this area.

In addition to the essential requirements, the candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
