Head of Compliance

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Compliance to join their team in St Peter Port. As the Head of Compliance, the Successful Candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for conducting internal audits and risk assessments, as well as training staff on industry regulations to ensure a culture of compliance.

We are looking for a candidate who has a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, and exceptional leadership abilities. The Candidate will be responsible for leading a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that the institution meets all regulatory requirements
