Head of Claims

One of Jersey’s most respected insurance providers is seeking an exceptional individual to join their team as the Head of Claims.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing best practices for peak performance tracking and facilitating staff development through mentoring, reviews, and training initiatives. They will also be responsible for recruiting top talent to foster a strong team ethos focused on client satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners will be key in enhancing network relations.

As the Head of Claims, the ideal candidate’s ability to analyse data trends meticulously for strategic risk management is an essential part of this role. We’re looking for someone with a background in general insurance who demonstrates a comprehensive grasp of claims administration processes. The ability to communicate comfortably with clients and have strong organisational skills will be a good asset for the ideal candidate to succeed in this role.
