We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient individual to join a dynamic legal team as a Secretary in St Peter Port. This position involves administrative tasks such as accurate typing, transcribing, correspondence handling, and calendar management. The Successful Candidate will be responsible for effective diary management, maintaining meticulous filing systems, and ensuring that office supplies are adequately stocked.

Applicants should have A-Level standard education (or equivalent), experience in secretarial or administrative duties, proficiency in MS Office Suite, strong typist skills, excellent time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication abilities. Previous experience working within a legal environment is advantageous, but not mandatory.
