Training Manager

Are you an experienced training professional looking for an exciting new challenge? Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Ground Training Manager to oversee the training and development of their ground operations staff, as well as Duty Managers and leadership teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Delivering comprehensive training programs for operations staff.
• Providing guidance and conducting both initial and refresher training for Duty Managers and leadership on new regulations.
• Leading and supporting a growing training team.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Training Expertise: Demonstrable experience in creating and delivering impactful training solutions. Formal training qualifications, such as Level 3 certification, are a plus but not mandatory.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to manage a team and instil best practices within the workplace.
• Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to incorporate ad hoc travel requirements to the UK as part of the role.
