A leading Firm in the financial services sector located in St Peter Port, Guernsey, is currently seeking an experienced Governance Services Consultant to join their team. In this role, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for providing support with board servicing tasks, maintaining corporate calendars, and assisting Boards with governance and listing obligations. They will play a key role in ensuring that client boards are well-informed and equipped to make strategic decisions.
To be successful in this role, the Ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Offshore Fund Industry Knowledge, Listing Requirements Acumen and Corporate Governance Insight. They should also have excellent communication and organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
