A company in Jersey is looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations & Governance Officer to support its governance, compliance, stakeholder reporting, and day-to-day operations.

 

The successful candidate will report to the Company Secretary/Head of Service Development and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include preparing reports for the Board and stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating audits, managing corporate governance documentation, and assisting with financial processes. Additionally, the candidate will support internal operations, oversee office management, and contribute to HR initiatives.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in an operational or governance role, ideally with exposure to compliance, HR, or financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, skilled in drafting professional reports and correspondence, and highly proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
