General Manager

We have a new opportunity for a General Manager to join a leading commercial business in the Channel Islands.

The successful role holder will be a strong leader with vision, exceptional people management and organisational skills and a strategic mindset. They will be required lead a business entering a phase of expansion, support the Group leadership team in delivery of timelines by managing and motivating the daily activities of the team.
Key Responsibilities

• Apply strategic thinking to business growth and establishment within the local market.
• Overseeing the day to day running of several departments, ensuring they remain productive, efficient and meet business standards.
• Continuously review business practices identifying where they can be improved.
• Collaborate with Group businesses to embed Group standards throughout the business, including the Firm’s Purpose and Values.
