We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations in Jersey, reporting to the Channel Islands Managing Director. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth in the brand.
The General Manager will play a critical role in aligning business functions with corporate objectives, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. The successful candidate will lead operational activities, manage assets and contractors, support financial planning, and champion health and safety across the business. Their leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, efficiency, and the successful execution of key projects.
We’re looking for someone with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a track record of inspiring teams and delivering results. They will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, staff development, and stakeholder relationships, as well as managing compliance with local street works, health and safety legislation, and corporate risk registers.
