We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Gas Engineer to join the Customer Operations team.
In this role, the successful candidate will deliver high-quality service to domestic gas customers, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently in line with industry regulations and company standards. Key responsibilities include attending gas emergencies, installing and maintaining appliances and gas supply assets, fault finding, and carrying out diagnostics. They will also support other operational teams with repairs and maintenance and supervise apprentices as needed.
Excellent customer service is essential, as much of the work will be inside customer properties. The ideal candidate will represent the company professionally, ensuring homes are protected during visits and promoting our services positively. Compliance with safety regulations and accurate job reporting are also key aspects of this role.
