Fund Operations & Finance Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Fund Operations & Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day functions of the Guernsey office. This is a varied and hands-on role, overseeing both operational and financial responsibilities across the administration and management platform.

The successful candidate will also monitor the performance of outsourced service providers, both internal and external, ensuring high standards are consistently met. They will play a key role in managing fund administration, accounting, and transfer agency processes, including oversight of NAV approvals, investor dealing, accruals, and fund-related expenses. The individual will also take ownership of financial reporting, payroll, and audit coordination, and ensure all regulatory deliverables are met.

This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting new business initiatives, maintaining excellent client relationships, and contributing to strategic growth. We’re seeking someone with strong operational and financial experience, exposure to fund services, and an understanding of Guernsey’s regulatory environment.
