A global organisation is seeking a new Fund Operations Finance Associate to join their dynamic team located in St Peter Port, Guernsey.
In this role, the Successful Candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring impeccable oversight and facilitation of transfer agent activities while supporting clients investing in the Firms fund ranges. The primary duty will be to manage both automated/manual monthly/quarterly fee processes, calculate bespoke commission accruals/payments/reinvestments efficiently, compile crucial reports for quarterly Global Distributor board meetings, and maintain accurate client records across various funds.
We are looking for candidates with over two years’ experience from within the fund industry, a background rich with examples where analytical ingenuity met operational efficiency head-on. Ideal candidates bring intellectual curiosity, a collaborative spirit, and an ‘own it’ attitude towards continuous development.
Skills that set the Ideal Candidate apart include analytical proficiency, financial acumen, and communication excellence. They should be able to utilise data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL effectively, interpret complex datasets with ease, and articulate complex information clearly-both written and verbal skills matter here!
