Our client is an innovative and forward-thinking investment firm situated in St Peter Port. They are seeking a dedicated Fund Operations Administrator to join their team.
As the Fund Operations Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting pre-trade compliance checks against mandates and guidelines. They will be overseeing post-trade processes like trade reporting and settlements oversight. Facilitating communication with both external parties (e.g., custodians) and internal teams is also a key responsibility. The candidate will also be monitoring fund subscriptions/redemptions as well as capital calls/distribution activity.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in fund administration, which is essential to navigate complex operational tasks efficiently. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are vital for effective collaboration across various departments. Meticulousness ensures precision during record keeping, report production, regulatory filings, and other such tasks.
