A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a Trust Company to join the Private Equity Operations team as a Fund Administrator. The team delivers high-quality service to a large and active PE client, and we’re looking for someone eager to contribute to this fast-paced and collaborative environment.

 

In this role, the successful candidate will support the administration of a complex investment portfolio across multiple fund products. They will be responsible for managing investment records, performing daily cash and reconciliation tasks, assisting with bespoke reporting, and responding to ad hoc queries. The individual will work closely with internal teams and the client’s Investment Advisor to ensure deadlines and key performance indicators are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in private equity or credit fund administration and be comfortable working with client systems and data. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. A background in financial services or relevant qualifications (or currently studying) is desirable.
