We’re looking for a Fund Administrator to manage client relationships and lead a team providing day-to-day administration services. The Fund Administration teams are crucial to Client Services, delivering customized support for a diverse range of client structures.
In this role, the successful candidate will carry out a variety of company secretarial and administration tasks in line with the company’s policies and procedures. They will be responsible for organising and attending client board meetings, capturing key action points, circulating minutes, and following up on outcomes.
The ideal candidate will ensure workflows and check-sheets are completed accurately and in real-time, and maintain professional and effective communication with third parties such as auditors, lawyers, and bankers.
