We are seeking a Fund Administrator to join one of Jersey’s leaders in the Financial Services Sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong fund administration experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with Fund Accountants and Directors to ensure the smooth operation of client structures. The responsibilities will include managing transactions, liaising with clients and professional advisors, ensuring timely bookkeeping and accounting, and overseeing cash management. The candidate will also arrange payments, and reconciliations while ensuring compliance with investment guidelines, statutory regulations, and service-level agreements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and planning skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a drive to make continuous improvements. They should have considerable fund administration experience, strong technical accounting knowledge, and preferably hold or be studying towards a professional qualification. Strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to build strong client relationships are essential.
