We are looking for a dedicated Fund Administrator to join a leading Financial Firm. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of Guernsey-domiciled regulated, listed, and unregulated structures with a varied asset base.

Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, assisting with the administration of complex structures, and handling company secretarial duties such as convening board meetings and taking minutes. The successful candidate will liaise with legal professionals, assist with audits and client due diligence, and support FATCA/CRS reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the offshore funds industry, with a professional qualification such as ICSA or IDFA being desirable. Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage deadlines effectively, and excellent organisational skills are essential.
