Experienced Fund Administration Manager wanted to lead and inspire a dynamic Legal sector team in St Helier, Jersey. This is a permanent role with a close-knit group committed to excellence and growth.
As Fund Administration Manager, you will:
– Steer complex client structures, support colleagues and collaborate with specialised teams.
– Report directly to leadership ensuring transparency and strategic alignment.
Key responsibilities include:
– Crafting proposals/fee quotes
– Overseeing efficient administration of fund operations
– Coordinating company secretarial tasks
Essential skills required:
– In-depth knowledge of Jersey’s Funds, Partnership Law and AML directives
– Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite alongside specialist software (PCS Investran or similar)
