An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Fund Administration Manager to join a leading firm in St Helier, Jersey. As Fund Administration Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the administration needs of clients throughout their lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. They will be expected to drive KPIs excellence, manage operations efficiently, and ensure quality assurance.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of managerial-level experience in funds, with a profound grasp over admin tasks related to private equity and venture capitalist strategies. Additionally, they should possess exceptional interpersonal skills to foster robust relationships with clients and advisors. Preferable qualifications include JFSC Table qualification requirements.

As the Fund Administration Manager, the candidate will play a vital role in spearheading process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the company’s services. They will also be responsible for managing team dynamics, ensuring that the team works collaboratively to meet the needs of clients.
