We are seeking a Fund Administration Assistant to join the fast-paced team, where no two days are the same.
As a Fund Administration Assistant, the candidate will provide essential back-office support to the fund administration and accounting teams. Key responsibilities include processing payments, updating investor records, assisting with due diligence, and maintaining document records. The role also involves supporting company secretarial duties and completing project work and ad-hoc tasks.
We’re looking for someone organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong IT skills and at least one year of experience in an administrative role. Experience or knowledge of the financial services industry is an advantage. This is a great opportunity to develop skills in a supportive, collaborative team.
