We are seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to join our esteemed Legal Client in St. Helier, Jersey. As a direct report to the Head of Fund Accounting, the Successful Candidate will oversee financial statements and facilitate audit processes. They will also manage workflow efficiently, aligning both team objectives alongside those set company-wide, maintaining effectiveness under tight deadlines.
To excel in this role, the Ideal Candidate must have adeptness utilizing Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other Office suite applications. They must have a deep understanding of local finance industry intricacies, including legislative nuances plus varying regulatory mandates. The Candidate should also have technical familiarity regarding diverse private equity fund structures, focusing heavily on IFRS or US GAAP amongst additional relevant frameworks.
