A Trust Firm is seeking a Fund Accountant to join the growing Private Equity Operations team. They will be part of a close-knit group that delivers top-tier service to a large, active PE client with multiple fund products and complex investment structures.
As a key member of the accounting team, the successful candidate will manage investment and portfolio records, perform daily cash management and bookkeeping, and support bespoke reporting for client stakeholders. They will also liaise with the Investment Advisor, internal teams, and third parties to ensure smooth delivery of all accounting and operational tasks, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in private equity, credit, or perpetual fund accounting or administration. Ideally, the candidate will be at least part-qualified (ACA/ACCA), detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work well in a team and adapt to new systems.
