Fund Accountant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fund Accountant to join a leading firm. This role offers a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contributing to both core accounting functions and wider business initiatives.

As a Fund Accountant, the successful candidate will manage the full accounting cycle for a range of corporate entities and limited partnerships. This includes preparing quarterly and annual financial statements, capital account statements for limited partners, and various regulatory and tax submissions. They will also handle calculations for carried interest, general partner shares, and management fee waivers, and assist with call and distribution processes.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with experience in private equity or fund accounting. A solid understanding of UK GAAP and strong Excel skills are essential. The candidate be a reliable team player with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
