We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Fire & Security Manager. This role is responsible for the delivery of technical services, team management, customer satisfaction, and compliance with Health & Safety and contractual obligations.
The successful candidate will oversee PPM, reactive works, and project support while working closely with the Electrical Manager and Project Team. The role includes managing engineers and subcontractors, responding to service inquiries, and supporting tender and quote processes. They will also help develop and grow customer relationships, ensuring expectations are exceeded and identifying opportunities for improvement. Strong leadership skills are essential, with responsibilities including team coordination, performance reviews, and training.
We’re looking for someone with recognised electrical qualifications, knowledge of fire/security systems, and excellent communication skills. A full category B driving license is required.
