We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Risk and Reporting Senior Associate to join an internal finance team in a leading corporate services firm, in St Peter Port, Guernsey.
As the Financial Risk and Reporting Senior Associate, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable/receivable, managing payment authorisations, dispute resolutions, staff expense reimbursements, and maintaining daily cash receipts management. They will also be expected to contribute to monthly accruals/prepayments schedules, carry out comprehensive reconciliations, and assist with annual financial statements (IFRS) creation.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess strong commercial awareness, analytical skills suited for dynamic problem-solving scenarios, and a proven track record of nurturing strong collaborative relationships. Additionally, familiarity with SAP/Sage accounting software or PowerBI experience would be advantageous. Reporting to the Financial Risk and Reporting Lead, the candidate will play a pivotal role in the team but will not have any direct managerial responsibilities over other roles.
