Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Controller who is ready to take on a permanent role within the financial services sector. As the Financial Controller, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for managing audits and assurance engagements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, mentoring junior staff, and driving internal finance function transformations.
The Ideal candidate will have expertise in audit & assurance, corporate reporting, financial management, governance & control, and leadership abilities. They must hold an Accountancy qualification (ACA or ACCA) and have experience using computer-based accounting systems. In addition, the Candidate will be joining a team that values skill and experience and will provide a supportive environment for them to flourish. There will be the opportunity to make integral contributions toward sustaining Jersey’s standing as a respected International Financial Centre.
