We are seeking a commercially minded Financial Controller to join an ambitious finance team on a 12-15-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leadership role within a forward-thinking firm that values its people and fosters an inclusive culture.
Working closely with the Head of Finance, the successful candidate will lead the financial reporting team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data to support key business decisions. They will oversee the preparation of annual consolidated financial statements, manage monthly reporting and variance analysis, and collaborate with multi-jurisdictional teams on budgeting and forecasting.
The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with a strong commercial background, excellent analytical skills, and experience managing teams. You should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident in presenting financial insights to senior management, boards, and auditors. Experience with Elite 3e or Viewpoint is advantageous but not essential.
