Join a leading Finance firm as a Finance Manager overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the Caribbean offices in Cayman and BVI. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving financial processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and fostering financial awareness across the teams.
This role involves hands-on support, driving process improvements, and acting as the primary liaison between the finance function and the Caribbean offices. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial management and reporting, promoting financial best practices, supporting financial forecasting, and managing a team of finance staff in Cayman. The individual will work with the central Finance team on process improvements, ensure compliance with regulations, and support operational finance in billing, credit control, and bank reconciliations.
We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with experience in finance management, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment. A strong understanding of financial operations in offshore jurisdictions and excellent communication skills.
