A leading international firm is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support their Finance Operations Manager. This role provides a fresh perspective to help the Executive team implement best practices.
In this role, the successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring. They will help formulate the Corporate Plan, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and assess financial risks to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, will collaborate with the Balance Sheet Risk and Financial Reporting teams to provide insights and ensure alignment across the business.
We are looking for a qualified finance professional with at least five years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance or commercial role, including three years in a finance business partnering capacity. Strong analytical skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and excellent communication are essential.
