We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join a friendly, collaborative finance team supporting a global offshore law firm. This role focuses on maintaining financial data accuracy and supporting property conveyancing transactions across the Channel Islands.
Key duties include managing client and office bank accounts, processing financial transactions using 3E, handling accounts payable, and supporting fee earners with financial queries. The successful candidate will also assist with recording incoming funds, preparing conveyance packs, and managing shared inboxes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a finance admin role, strong Excel skills, high attention to detail, and excellent communication. GCSE Maths grade B (or equivalent) is essential; CAT or other entry-level accounting qualifications are a plus.
