A well-established firm is excited to offer a new opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join the growing team. This role is part of the Finance function and is responsible for supporting day-to-day financial administration, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering high-quality service to both internal and external clients.
As a Finance Administrator, the successful candidate will support accounts payable and cashiering processes, maintain accurate financial records, and process payments, receipts, and employee expenses in line with authorisation policies. They will also handle bank reconciliations, resolve queries promptly, assist with invoice adjustments, and work closely with team members to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency. A key part of the role is proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting system enhancements.
We’re looking for someone who is diligent, organised, and client-focused, with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail. They should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, and be able to respond to queries and challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
