An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our prestigious client as a File Reviewer based in St Helier, Jersey.

In this role, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for conducting periodic client reviews based on risk ratings, identifying internal policy misalignments during reviews, initiating RAQs for outdated risk assessments, tracking completion rates for action review points set by administration teams, supporting post-client review queries related to action review points, proposing updates or changes to Compliance Manuals, and assisting across compliance functions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Trust services or similar regulated environments, and familiarity with local legislation specific to trusts/companies including AML/CFT/CPF frameworks. Exceptional attention to detail is a must, along with an autonomous work ethic and strong team collaboration skills. They should also have excellent time management aimed at meeting strict deadlines and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; training will be provided for specialised software.
