We are seeking a detail-orientated individual to join an esteemed firm as a Fiduciary Reporting Assistant in St Peter Port, Guernsey. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised professional looking to develop their expertise within a dynamic and supportive environment.
In this role, the successful candidate will assist with static data maintenance, updating registers, and testing new system functionalities. Additionally, will be responsible for maintaining accurate client ledgers, covering cash, investment portfolios, property, loans, and unquoted assets for the Fiduciary Client base. This includes preparing bookkeeping checklists, reconciling statements and valuations, and assisting team members where required.
The ideal candidate will have strong numeracy and literacy skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A working knowledge of NavOne and experience with business processes, standards, and regulatory requirements will be highly beneficial. Additionally, the role requires analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
