An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a leading investment firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey. As a Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining safe and functional environments across various properties. They will work in close collaboration with the Head of Relations to ensure that the needs of the tenants are met. This includes maintaining coffee machines, managing printer consumables, and addressing any concerns that tenants may have.

In this role, the ideal candidate will be required to possess strong skills derived from previous experience, including effective communication, organisational acumen, and practical problem-solving capabilities. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about their work, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to delivering excellence. They should be able to work independently, as well as part of a team. The candidate should also be able to manage their workload effectively and prioritise tasks accordingly.
