We are currently seeking a reliable and highly organised Facilities Assistant for a part-time role in the Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various duties within the Jersey office. This is a 25-hour FTC position that offers a unique opportunity for the Candidate to showcase their skills and abilities.
As the Facilities Assistant, The Candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of file archiving, handling calls and visitors, and assisting with conference call setups. They will also be required to prepare meeting rooms, order stationery, and restock refreshments.
To succeed in this role, the Candidate must be detail-oriented, have strong organisational skills, and be able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. They must also possess excellent time management skills and be able to work under pressure.
