A Leading International Bank is looking for a Facilities & Health & Safety Manager for their team in St Peter Port, Guernsey. The Successful Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that this Firm’s facilities and health and safety protocols meet regulatory compliance requirements in both Guernsey and Jersey. The primary responsibility will be managing facilities to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

The Ideal Candidate must have expertise in Health & Safety and Facility Management Experience. Effective communication and prioritization skills are essential, as is the ability to make critical decisions. They will collaborate with key stakeholders to align facilities and health and safety protocols with the organization’s overall strategy. And will also develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees are aware of the latest health and safety protocols. As the Facilities & Health & Safety Manager, the Candidate will play a critical role in ensuring this Company meets regulatory compliance requirements.
