A leading Financial Services firm, located in St Helier, Jersey, is seeking an experienced Executive Support Administrator to join their dynamic team. As an Executive Support Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the diaries of the team, providing assistance in meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documents. In addition to these responsibilities, they will also be required to perform ad-hoc administration duties.
We are looking for an ideal candidate who has excellent organisational skills, a customer service mindset, and technical proficiency. The candidate will be expected to have the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while displaying a high level of attention to detail.
