We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee the governance, management, and strategic direction of a leading Trust business. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, driving business development, and leading the Private Wealth administration teams to deliver exceptional client service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for client relationship management, financial performance, and risk oversight. They will play a key role in business growth, identifying new opportunities, attending industry forums, and engaging with potential introducers of work. Additionally, they will oversee corporate governance, ensuring adherence to internal policies, risk management frameworks, and evolving regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years’ senior fiduciary experience, Board-level expertise, and a professional qualification. Strong leadership, risk management, and business development skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire teams, drive efficiency, and develop talent within the business. Candidates must be eligible to register as a Principal Person with the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
