Executive Director of Technology & Data

An influential organisation in Jersey is seeking an Executive Director of Technology & Data to lead the charge in driving our client’s journey towards becoming a pioneering digital regulator in the financial services industry.

As the Executive Director of Technology & Data, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, change management, and operational excellence in the technology and data domains. Your role will encompass developing and implementing technology and data strategies that will enable our client to regulate, innovate, and provide exceptional customer experiences.

You will work closely with other senior leaders to identify and prioritise technology and data initiatives that will drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Your ability to think innovatively, lead teams, collaborate, influence culture, and engage stakeholders will be critical to your success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in technology and data leadership roles, with experience in developing and implementing technology and data strategies that have driven business growth and improved operational efficiency. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
