Strategic & Governance Leadership
– Serve as local CEO adhering strictly to Licensees’ (Conduct of Business) Rules
– Lead key committees including the RC&A Committee ensuring astute decision-making
Risk & Compliance Management
– Navigate regulations with expertise while managing risk effectively
– Balance commercial growth against adherence to laws protecting from legal or financial repercussions
Decision-Making & Operational Oversight
– Make impactful decisions that steer complex operations smoothly
– Foster relationships with GFSC enhancing organisational standing
