We are currently seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to join a leading IT on a 3-month contract in St Peter Port, Guernsey. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch end-user computing support to clients. They will be required to provide face-to-face client service, hardware and software troubleshooting, and problem-solving through direct customer interaction or remote assistance.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in working with multiple desktop/laptop setups, proficiency in Active Directory management tools, and an in-depth understanding of Windows Operating Systems (especially Windows 10). They should also have a good understanding of core aspects of IT security and hands-on experience installing/troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 product suite.
