An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading banking firm as an Essential Banker for a fix term contract in St. Peter Port Guernsey. As an Essential Banker, the successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for all clients’ banking needs, providing top-tier service and building professional relationships with customers. In this role, they will be expected to multitask various responsibilities, including handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell banking products.

We are looking for someone with a track record of outstanding customer service, excellent communication and organisational skills, and sound judgment. The ideal candidate will need to have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services sector. They should also have a good understanding of banking products and services, including mortgages, loans, and savings accounts.
