We are currently recruiting for a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to step into the role of Entity Review Officer. This permanent position is based in Guernsey and serves within the dynamic Trust sector.

As part of this pivotal role within our organization, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of regulations, including those outlined in the GFSC Handbook. Your insights into bookkeeping and accounting principles should enable you to manage financial aspects diligently. A keen ability to identify business risks, particularly those related to legal frameworks, financials, tax implications, and regulatory requirements, is essential. Your analytical skills must allow you to efficiently dissect complex information, while your communication abilities should ensure clarity and precision when discussing findings.
In line with these competencies, you will undertake tasks that include, but are not limited to:
– Analysing electronic and paper records against established policies and procedures using Acumen’s review functionalities.
– Critically evaluate any errors, breaches, or inconsistencies encountered during reviews.
– Maintaining vigilant oversight of new entities’ compliance during their initial six-month onboarding period.
