A prestigious legal firm, located in St Peter Port, Guernsey, is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolutions Associate to join their team.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for arguing intricate legal points convincingly across various forums, including courtrooms and arbitration panels. As such, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in navigating challenging disputes and drafting clear-cut agreements. Additionally, it is required that the candidate has exceptional negotiation skills, and can engage confidently with opposing parties during settlement discussions.
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification experience specialising specifically in dispute resolutions. In addition to legal experience, we are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills who can inspire and motivate others to achieve their goals.
