A reputable legal firm based in St Helier, Jersey, is looking for a Dispute Resolution Support to join its team. The successful candidate will have a key role in supporting the legal team in managing cases, preparing documentation and communicating with involved parties.

As the Dispute Resolution Support, the Candidate will be responsible for maintaining case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and collating evidence for use in court. They will also be the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for responding to their queries and providing them with updates on their case. The ideal candidate must have strong organisational skills, be able to work well under pressure and have excellent attention-to-detail. In addition, must have excellent research, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the legal team. They must also demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
